• Writing with Restraint – Avoid spectacular claims. When presenting the R&D accomplishments and anticipated benefits, a factual moderate approach is best.
  
  
• Report Length: Seeking the Proper Balance – A report with just a couple of sentences might imply minimal R&D results. Conversely, a long, rambling report can lose focus.
